
Submit a paper > Submission processThe call for papers will be open from 15rd May to 30 August 2026. Proposals must be submitted exclusively online, by completing the fields provided for this purpose. To submit a paper proposal, you must have a Scienceconf account. If you do not already have one, create your account by clicking here. To submit your paper proposal, click on “Submit a paper” and then follow these 4 steps: Step 1: Your paper
Step 2: AuthorsTo add an author, click on “Add an author (+)”. For each author added, please indicate their scientific affiliation: the name of the laboratory, its acronym, address, country, and the supervising institution (i.e., the home university). You may use the reference database to search for your laboratory affiliation. Don’t forget to place the authors in the correct order using the drag-and-drop tool (cross icon). At least one author must register for the conference for the paper to be accepted. Step 3: FilesYou may upload additional image files, which will be used for the pre-proceedings. Please make sure to clearly indicate the usage rights. |
